The medical assistant helps maintain a patient-centered clinic experience and supports continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Welcome and room patients
• take vital signs and update medical histories
• support providers during exams
• perform point-of-care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
• document in the EHR
• support patient education, follow-ups, and communication
• help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
• maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow safety guidelines.
