What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
• assess residents and monitor condition changes
• administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy
• coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• document care in the electronic medical record
• respond to emergencies
• follow applicable regulations and facility policies.
