What you'll do

• Complete routine building repairs and maintenance
• perform light carpentry, drywall, door, lock, plumbing, ceiling tile, HVAC filter, and painting tasks
• conduct facility and safety walk-throughs
• maintain clean and organized work areas
• remove debris and perform light landscaping
• travel to company properties for maintenance and punch-list repairs
• monitor supplies
• assist with small projects and local parts pickup or delivery
• update work-order status.
