What you'll do

• Maintain subject matter expertise in disease states, products, and therapeutic areas. Develop and execute training programs and improve curriculum for the Commercial organization. Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory on content accuracy and promotional policy compliance. Manage vendors and training-content projects
• lead training meetings and work sessions. Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams on training rollout, participate in sales meetings and field rides, and assess training needs.
