The Zumba Group Fitness Instructor role is onsite in Vancouver, WA, and pays $22.50 per hour. This part-time position supports the Healthy Living department at the Clark County Family YMCA. The YMCA works to strengthen communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The instructor teaches YMCA group fitness classes and plans sessions to support the Clark County Family YMCA’s goals. The role helps participants exercise safely, learn proper techniques, and feel supported and successful.

What you'll do

• Teach assigned group fitness classes consistently
• prepare and lead classes under YMCA guidelines
• educate members on proper exercise techniques
• prioritize participant safety and enjoyment
• set up and put away equipment
• start and finish classes on time
• maintain required certifications through continuing education
• attend required staff meetings
• follow child protection and abuse risk management policies.
