What you'll do

• Develop positive relationships with participants through motivational instruction
• prepare and lead group classes
• create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels
• demonstrate form, technique, modifications, and breathing cues
• help participants correct form and stay motivated
• clean and organize the fitness space
• record classes and attendance
• maintain current certifications.

Why this role
