This position supports the Landing & Cabin Systems team by identifying and addressing skill gaps within the manufacturing workforce. This role is responsible for designing and delivering performance-focused training programs, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring that all training activities are compliant with quality and audit requirements to support operational efficiency.
