The Caregiver role is onsite in Sevierville, TN, providing non-medical in-home and/or community care. Compensation is $16.50 per hour. Charis Hearts is a statewide homecare provider through the TennCare CHOICES program, serving clients in coordination with managed care organizations. The caregiver supports client well-being according to each Client Service Plan, providing non-medical assistance and completing required documentation. The role contributes to consistent, safe service delivery and reports incidents or suspected abuse and neglect to the appropriate parties.

What you'll do

• Perform client wellness checks
• assist with admission documents as needed
• help train other caregivers on activities of daily living in the client’s home
• provide non-medical support
• follow service delivery rules and procedures
• submit required documentation accurately and on time
• adhere to individual service plans
• maintain confidentiality
• report injuries and suspected abuse or neglect.
