Installed Sales Construction Project Manager

The Installed Sales Construction Project Manager role is an onsite position based in Cleveland, OH, serving Northeast Ohio; compensation is not specified. The position manages Carter Lumber’s multifamily installed projects and coordinates office and field work. The role exists to keep project production accurate and timely, from reviewing plans and schedules through installation and closeout. It coordinates with the Field Superintendent, customers, sales, subcontractors, and internal departments to manage materials, budgets, safety information, and project documentation.

What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, schedules, takeoffs, and contract scope
• coordinate schedules and schedule of values
• track product submittals and orders
• arrange labor subcontracting and material procurement
• communicate delivery dates
• prepare change orders and pay applications
• review field reports and safety meetings
• track progress and budgets
• and attend customer, jobsite, and sales handoff meetings.
