What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring
• inspect windows, doors, and walls for structural damage and repair as needed
• record completed repairs and equipment service dates
• develop and carry out preventive maintenance measures
• handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
