What you'll do

• Develop MEP concepts, calculations, equipment selections, layouts, specifications, and construction documents
• evaluate capacity, redundancy, maintainability, efficiency, and expansion needs
• coordinate building-system interfaces
• participate in design and constructability reviews
• review submittals, answer RFIs, conduct site observations, and support testing and commissioning
• apply codes and reliability criteria
• prepare technical reports.

Why this role
