The role exists to provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in grades K-9. By collaborating with classroom educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), the Paraeducator helps students build essential skills and confidence, ensuring they reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment
• implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
• monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• manage student behavior
• support students with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders
• maintain confidentiality of student records
• participate in accreditation activities.
