The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) role is onsite at partner facilities in the Mt. Angel area, serving Mt. Angel, Woodburn, and Salem, OR. Pay is $38–$44 per hour, with full-time or part-time W-2 options and weekday and weekend shifts available. Behavioral Health Solutions provides behavioral health services to people residing in skilled nursing facilities. The QMHP assesses clients, develops treatment plans, provides counseling and therapeutic interventions, and responds to crises. The role contributes to coordinated, comprehensive care for people experiencing mental, emotional, behavioral, or substance-use concerns.

What you'll do

• Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• develop individualized treatment plans with clients
• provide individual, group, and family counseling
• use therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy
• maintain confidential records and case notes
• educate clients and families
• coordinate care with healthcare professionals
• provide crisis intervention and emergency services as necessary
• make referrals
• follow policies, reporting, training, and compliance requirements. Weekday and weekend shifts are available.
