The Vice President, SOX Control & Compliance is an onsite role based in Pittsburgh, PA. - Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned SOX and ICFR workstreams.
- Perform and coordinate risk assessments.
- Lead the refresh of narratives, risk and control matrices, and flowcharts.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key SOX manual controls.
- Coordinate with control owners and business partners.
