What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• respond to resident and tenant service requests
• inspect buildings, systems, and grounds
• assist with apartment and office turnovers
• maintain tools and supplies
• support snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance
• participate in the on-call rotation
• follow safety policies.
