What you'll do

• Manage paint-department workflow according to the production schedule
• assign work and confirm materials
• perform quality control and check dry-film thickness
• monitor paint and safety supplies
• prepare surfaces by grinding, sanding, degreasing, and seam sealing
• operate conventional and airless spray equipment
• mix and apply specified paint systems
• clean and maintain paint equipment
• maintain a clean work area and support continuous improvement.

Why this role
