What you'll do

• Provide customer service to current and prospective members
• sell memberships and programs
• complete required training and staff events
• represent membership at community health fairs and events
• support retention initiatives and annual campaign events
• provide feedback and solutions to service concerns
• help open or close the facility
• ensure authorized people are signed in and out
• follow abuse-risk management and reporting procedures.
