AI Platform Engineer

Job overview

The AI Platform Engineer role is fully remote. Compensation is not specified. The position reports to the AI Platform team and works closely with the Lead AI Platforms (Domain Architect) to operationalize platform standards for AI solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.

What you'll do

• Translate approved AI reference architectures into cloud configurations across Azure, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Agentforce using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD
• build reusable platform components and landing zones
• configure AI platform services
• implement environment promotion, secrets management, and observability
• turn governance policies into technical controls
• support HIPAA, CMS, and internal compliance requirements
• provide developer templates, documentation, and technical support
• monitor platform health, capacity, cost, and consumption
• and support incident response and reliability improvements.
