What you'll do

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions
• notify supervisors, families, and physicians about changes in condition and treatment reactions
• take vital signs
• administer appropriate disciplinary action for nursing staff non-compliance
• modify resident care plans and related directives and aide flow sheets as resident conditions change.
