Product Owner — Customer Communications

The Product Owner — Customer Communications role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour on a W-2 basis. The role serves as the primary DSCX point of contact for UCC on customer communications projects. The Product Owner translates business and customer-experience needs into requirements that development teams can deliver. By managing roadmaps and backlogs and reviewing communications across digital channels, the role helps deliver clear, technically sound, scalable customer communications.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary DSCX contact for UCC on technical questions, prioritization, and handoffs
• collaborate with Journey Owners on business requirements
• gather requirements and write user stories
• create and groom input tickets
• manage roadmaps and backlogs in Jira
• review communications for clarity, experience quality, and technical parameters
• coordinate with customer experience, development, design/content, marketing, and support teams
• oversee email, SMS, RCS, and push communications.
