What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify concerns

• review technician findings and digital vehicle inspections
• prepare estimates and present recommendations
• sell repairs and maintenance
• obtain authorization and follow up on declined work
• keep customers informed
• coordinate with technicians and parts
• manage repair progress and promised completion times
• process payments and vehicle delivery
• follow up after service.
