What you'll do

• Lead, train, coach, and provide feedback to housekeeping staff
• inspect rooms and property areas for cleanliness and standards
• assist with housekeeping and public-area cleaning as needed
• oversee budgeting, P&L, rate strategy, and front desk duties
• manage inventory
• hire and schedule breakfast attendants, night auditors, and housekeepers
• coordinate meetings and projects
• and assist with food-and-beverage duties when needed.
