What you'll do

• Oversee medical records, coding and clinical documentation, release of information, data integrity, information governance, record retention, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• serve as a resource to executive leadership, medical staff, clinical departments, Quality, Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle
• oversee the HIPAA Privacy Program, workforce education, complaint and incident investigation, compliance monitoring, and breach-response coordination
• monitor performance and key indicators
• manage departmental budgets, staffing, and performance
• lead process improvement and operational efficiency.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field and RHIA required; 5–7 years of management experience and 7–10 years of HIM/EHR experience required.
