Toddler Teacher

The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $15.50–$20.00 per hour. The role supports a licensed childcare classroom and Cadence Education programs, helping children and families in an inclusive learning environment. The position exists to support children’s safety, development, and learning through classroom routines and developmentally appropriate curriculum. Working with the Lead Teacher and families, the teacher helps address individual needs and maintain a welcoming, compliant classroom.

What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom
• greet children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• support curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and colleagues
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
