What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• help transfer and reposition residents using proper body mechanics
• take vital signs, monitor conditions, and report changes to nursing staff
• assist with meals and snacks
• maintain clean and safe living areas and restock supplies
• collaborate with the nursing team on individualized care plans
• provide emotional support and companionship.
