The schedule varies; the general schedule is Monday–Wednesday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The manager oversees clinical service delivery and day-to-day program operations, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance while supporting staff development and clinical best practices. The role also manages staffing, budgets, reporting, partnerships, and service improvements to help the center deliver effective outpatient counseling services.
What you'll do
- Provide managerial and clinical supervision for the outpatient counseling center
- monitor contractual obligations, staff productivity, referrals, reporting, and the program budget
- guide staff development and clinical best practices
- manage daily operations, data, hiring, staff supervision, relationships, and problem solving
- oversee clinical service delivery and professional standards
- develop policies and procedures and lead weekly clinical team meetings
- propose program development and service enhancements
- coordinate care with the program psychiatrist and collaborate with division managers and systems
- interface with the state CSOC system and attend community and state meetings
- may provide clinical assessments and consultations as needed.

Why this role
