Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, with pay of $43–$45 per hour. The nurse works with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary team to address patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs. The role assesses and documents patient needs, supports crisis intervention and safety, administers prescribed medications, and contributes to treatment planning. It also provides ordered lab work and wound care and supports patient and team education about behavioral health diagnoses, medications, and treatments.

What you'll do

• Assess and document triage, behavioral health, physical health, and substance-use concerns
• participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation
• transcribe provider orders and administer prescribed medications
• perform chart checks
• participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning
• draw labs and provide ordered wound care
• assist with patient and team education
• maintain required training and certifications
• attend meetings and support service quality.

Why this role
