Weekend Shipping Clerk

The Weekend Shipping Clerk role is onsite in Durham, NC. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The position supports warehouse, production, and supply-chain operations, reporting to the Operations Manager. The clerk receives, processes, labels, tracks, and stocks materials and coordinates transfers to production and other operations. Accurate inventory records and organized material flow help prevent shortages and support production needs.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against purchase orders and bills of materials
• organize warehouse storage
• resolve requisition, inventory, back-order, and shipment issues
• update ERP and warehouse systems
• transfer, stock, and stage materials
• maintain stock levels and replenish as needed
• follow safety, PPE, and GMP requirements.
