What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives
• set and monitor performance standards
• conduct evaluations, interviews, and training coordination
• monitor schedules, staffing, and attendance
• provide program support and KPI reporting
• maintain training materials and work instructions
• coordinate with business partners to resolve or escalate issues
• monitor calls and quality
• support quality improvement and program implementation
• maintain confidentiality, including HIPAA-related information.
