What you'll do

• Assist with daily field operations, scheduling, coordination, and supervision of self-perform crews and subcontractors
• conduct site walks to check quality, safety, and progress
• maintain photos, reports, and production tracking
• support project setup, procurement logs, and subcontractor onboarding
• participate in huddles, coordination meetings, and look-ahead planning
• identify and escalate field risks, scope conflicts, and schedule impacts
• and coordinate with the project manager on client and internal communication.
