What you'll do

• Follow Department of Health and OSHA kitchen hygiene requirements
• receive, weigh, and store food
• participate in menu planning
• prepare food under the Kitchen Manager’s direction
• handle prepared foods safely and maintain temperature controls
• clean kitchen equipment and dining areas
• assist with meal packaging and delivery to satellite offices
• maintain food usage records and inventory
• help coordinate food preparation, meal service, and cleanup staff.
