What you'll do

• Operate the store within agency policy
• run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
• recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees
• order merchandise
• maintain sales records and bank deposits
• enforce sales and employee policies
• assist donors and provide receipts
• maintain premises and grounds
• oversee backroom processing and quality control
• plan merchandise displays
• attend marketing sales meetings and schedule employee meetings as needed.
