What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements, including cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, software licensing, professional services, partnership, and data processing agreements
• support enterprise sales cycles
• advise stakeholders on legal, privacy, and commercial risks
• manage concurrent transactions
• provide practical guidance throughout transactions
• identify and escalate complex or high-risk issues
• improve templates, playbooks, policies, and processes
• coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
