What you'll do

• Oversee treatment services for youth in mental health programs
• provide weekly individual and periodic group supervision
• participate in recruitment, onboarding, and annual evaluations
• review referrals and intakes and assign cases
• coordinate with school partners
• track client outcomes and program data
• support staff with crisis interventions and risk assessments
• provide direct therapeutic services when needed
• review clinical documentation
• assist with case record audits, workflow, caseloads, and productivity
• maintain licensure and supervisor credentials.

Why this role

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field and active DC Independent Clinical Social Work License (LICSW) required. At least three years of experience providing or supervising clinical services to adolescents or young adults required. Occasional evenings for school events; travel to sites and schools in the DMV area required.
