What you'll do

• Participate in post-award reviews and project preplanning
• work with project managers on schedules, staffing, manpower, and equipment needs
• direct construction projects to meet specifications and schedules
• coordinate subcontractors and communicate schedule changes
• support material procurement and approvals
• prepare progress and cost reports
• review requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
• communicate with owners and design representatives
• maintain a daily project diary
• enforce the safety program.
