The Marketing & Communications Coordinator role is hybrid, based in Reston, VA, with work-from-home flexibility in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area. The salary range is $50,000–$60,000 per year. The role supports ASCE’s strategic initiatives and its mission to advance civil engineering for the public good. This position develops content and coordinates communications, marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to support ASCE programs and member engagement. It also maintains web and newsletter content, manages member communications and committee records, and provides on-site conference and event support.

What you'll do

• Maintain web pages and monthly electronic newsletters
• manage member communications and committee applications and rosters
• coordinate outreach, email campaigns, webinars, conference promotion, and event materials
• review analytics
• support sponsor and exhibitor benefit fulfillment
• provide on-site conference and event support.
