Residential Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist

The Residential Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, working at residential and select commercial customer locations. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The specialist transports, positions, connects, and inspects household appliances, completing work safely and accurately while protecting customer property. The role also communicates with customers and coordinates with warehouse, dispatch, and management teams to support reliable delivery service.

What you'll do

• Transport, unload, and position appliances
• install refrigerators, dishwashers, cooking appliances, laundry equipment, and other residential products
• make water, electrical, gas, and ventilation connections when authorized and trained
• inspect appliances for damage and function
• address basic installation challenges
• explain appliance operation
• protect customer property
• remove packaging
• coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and management
• document completed work
• follow safe handling and vehicle procedures.
