Site Service Delivery Specialist

The Site Service Delivery Specialist role is onsite in Marcy, NY. Pay is $35 per hour. The position supports IT activities, services, technology, and products for the CEC Region, aligning IT investments and services with regional objectives. The role exists to keep regional technology services reliable and responsive. It provides end-user support, maintains IT resources, troubleshoots service and device issues, fulfills customer requests, and assists with compliance monitoring and new-system testing and implementation.

What you'll do

• Provide end-user support
• maintain IT resources
• anticipate, prevent, and respond to technology interruptions
• set up and troubleshoot services, technology, and products
• determine solutions and provide technical feedback on changes and enhancements
• create tests, tools, and diagnostic procedures
• fulfill customer requests
• assist with IT standards compliance and testing and implementation of new systems.

Why this role

12-month duration; candidates local to NY, NJ, and CT are preferred. Associate’s degree with at least five years of related experience, or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least three years of IT experience; ITIL V4 preferred.
