What you'll do

• Set up and break down the dishwashing machine
• wash and inspect tableware, silverware, pots, and pans
• monitor water temperatures and chemical levels
• store clean items
• empty soiled linen, trash, and recycling as appropriate
• maintain clean floors and kitchen storage areas
• follow health and safety regulations and sanitation procedures
• maintain current Food Handler’s Certification
• use and clean equipment safely
• report equipment issues
• assist with prep duties as needed.
