What you'll do

• Procure indirect materials, capital, and services
• review purchase requests and supporting documents
• track orders and communicate ETAs or delays
• reconcile invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable
• maintain procurement data in Coupa and NetSuite
• assess supplier performance
• support inventory and process-improvement projects
• expedite urgent purchases
• train end users on purchasing systems.
