What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations and regulatory compliance
• supervise, educate, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• support onboarding, competencies, and clinical education
• participate in QAPI, clinical audits, and infection control
• coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• assist with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and EMR documentation.
