• Lead cross-functional projects using DMAIC
• align improvement projects with business strategy
• analyze operational data and root causes
• facilitate Kaizen workshops and coach Green and Yellow Belts
• standardize processes and sustain improvements through control plans
• develop and track KPIs
• promote production-system practices
• lead improvement initiatives
• build operating cadences
• support change management and stakeholder adoption.
