What you'll do

• Lead pricing strategy for federal proposals, task orders, IDIQs, and strategic pursuits
• establish pricing governance and best practices
• direct price-to-win and competitor analysis
• maintain competitive intelligence and pricing benchmarks
• develop cost models, bases of estimate, labor strategies, and pricing narratives
• support proposal reviews, negotiations, audits, and customer discussions
• analyze cost structures and profitability
• develop pricing analytics and dashboards
• mentor pricing and competitive intelligence teams.
