What you'll do

• Transport non-emergency medical passengers to and from appointments, facilities, and care centers
• assist with boarding and mobility devices
• maintain trip logs, mileage records, and passenger documentation
• inspect vehicles before and after trips
• follow routes and adapt to changes
• communicate with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare facility staff
• follow traffic laws, HIPAA guidelines, and safety protocols.
