What you'll do

• Own defined R&D projects or major sub-projects
• design and execute experiments
• develop or improve monomers, catalysts, polymers, additives, or processes
• conduct synthesis, catalysis, and polymerization from bench through pilot scale
• interpret advanced characterization
• use DOE and statistical analysis
• conduct literature and patent searches and author invention disclosures
• present recommendations
• support plant trials and scale-up
• coach colleagues
• model safe work.

Why this role
