What you'll do

• Provide front-desk customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• monitor visitor access, verify credentials, issue badges, and maintain entry records
• receive and direct guests, deliveries, and communications
• monitor access points and security systems and report unusual activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site protocols.
