Continuous Improvement Supervisor

What you'll do

• Analyze manufacturing workflows, operations, and performance metrics
• identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• recommend and implement process enhancements using Lean and data-driven methods
• support Kaizen roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional projects
• collaborate with leaders and teams on priorities and approved changes
• facilitate introductory Lean and Six Sigma training
• monitor process changes and address challenges
• develop and analyze key performance indicators
• maintain project records and communicate results. Requires a bachelor’s degree, communication and data interpretation skills, project coordination ability, and practical problem-solving skills.
