What you'll do

• Coordinate apartment showings, move-ins, and move-outs
• negotiate and renew leases
• ensure tenant paperwork is completed accurately
• represent Village Green at outside networking and social functions
• conduct weekly sales meetings
• coach and mentor team associates
• follow fair-housing policies.
