What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, positioning, and mobility
• monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, weights, and care documentation
• respond to call lights
• assist during meals and monitor intake
• report condition changes to nursing staff
• maintain clean, safe care areas
• support restorative nursing programs
• follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality, and facility procedures.
