What you'll do

• Assist the Business Unit Manager with microbiology department operations, scheduling, supervision, instruction, and analysis
• perform sample analyses and review data
• identify quality departures and execute work stoppages when needed
• perform microbiological testing
• troubleshoot instruments and coordinate major repairs
• maintain equipment procedures and records
• review test data and validate technical results
• investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
